Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for two Vice Presidents in the Quality and Regulatory organization.


Moreover your daily tasks include:

  • Organizing international meetings,events, visits and travel and comparable tasks
  • Carryingout phone coverage and administrative support (e. g. schedules; maintenance of timerecording system and the calendars of the team members)
  • Organizing internal meetings, write up meeting minutes, action plans and their followup
  • Responsibility for administrative tasks e. g. contract management and maintenance of compliance database, preparation of orders in SAP
  • Preparation of analyses and presentations with MS Office
  • Management of smaller projects
Your qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in a regulated industry
  • Fluency in English language
  • MS Office skills, Powerpoint good skill level
  • SAP knowhow (preferably)
  • Project management skills
