Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for two Vice Presidents in the Quality and Regulatory organization.
Moreover your daily tasks include:
- Organizing international meetings,events, visits and travel and comparable tasks
- Carryingout phone coverage and administrative support (e. g. schedules; maintenance of timerecording system and the calendars of the team members)
- Organizing internal meetings, write up meeting minutes, action plans and their followup
- Responsibility for administrative tasks e. g. contract management and maintenance of compliance database, preparation of orders in SAP
- Preparation of analyses and presentations with MS Office
- Management of smaller projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in a regulated industry
- Fluency in English language
- MS Office skills, Powerpoint good skill level
- SAP knowhow (preferably)
- Project management skills
