As a Worker Student in Program Management, you will join an organisation with global presence and lots of opportunities for development.
Responsibilities will e
g include:
- Support in the development and implementation of the PGM vision
- Digitization and further development of the existing project management process and methodology
- Support of crossdivisional projects for continuous improvement, like lessons learned
About you
As a person and professional, you are a strong communicator and you work systematically, timely and organised.
You are a team player and can motivate, lead and build a collaborative team dedicated to delivery.
You hold high degree of relationship building skills and maintain personal credibility with the customer.
We expect that you have experience from the automotive industry and an in-depth understanding of metal forming process development. You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and speak, read and write English and German effortlessly. You are confident in managing projects as well as working in Microsoft Office
