To strengthen our exocad DevOps Team we are looking for you as a

Working Student DevOps/Tools (M/F/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, and passionate Working Student for DevOps or Tools Engineering with great interpersonal skills to join our DevOps Team.

In this role, you will

Create and improve our internal tools and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate and optimize our software engineering processes while we move from research code towards production
Create internal tools and automations to solve workflow problems for our various teams
Participate in environment management and operations activities
Develop container and cloudbased infrastructure

The personal requirements

Bachelor's or Master's student in a relevant field
Understanding of DevOps processes, Git workflows, or the "automate everything" mantra
Experience with Git or similar version control systems
First experience with clouds: AWS, Azure, etc
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Resultsdriven with strong commitment
Good language skills in English

Nice to have:

Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, experience in building CI/CD pipelines
Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity
Experience with scripting in Groovy, Bash, Python, etc
Experience with Jenkins development (Pipeline development, declarative and scripts)
Experience with Cloudbees CI and CD
Experience with configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, Ansible
Experience with containers: Docker, K8s
Experience with the

Atlassian Suite:
Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket

Deeper experience with Terraform: Module development, Terragrunt, Terraspace, etc
Good language skills in German
