Your role:

Lead the
development of our community strategy incl. definition of OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to drive engagement and growth;
Collaborate with product and content leadership to
cocreate a remarkable membership experience based on hypothesisdriven user research
Conceptualize and operate
community activation formats, such as subcommunities, events, ambassadors, and 1:1 matching
Personally lead the
concierge service for community members, ensuring their needs are met

Host quarterly events in Berlin and facilitate member-led city meetups to bring the community together offline

Your profile:

A
proven track record of developing and executing online community strategies

Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with community members and cross-functional teams

A
handson mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

passion for community building and a
