In this role you will be the leader in charge of developing and improving the division Services strategy and define mid-term strategic objectives and targets.

The Job:


The main task for you and your team is to align our business leaders on our journey for growth and differentiation.


Key outcomes from this role:
Deliver a plan, define actions, and monitor outcomes to ensure +10% Services growth beyond 2024.

This means that you will play an important role amongst others in the following:

  • Assess industry and competitive landscape to identify key industry trends and how they impact the company / opportunities for growth
  • Identify value improvement potential, design and implement measures to realize such potential
  • Act as first point of contact for Business Units in preparation of adhoc analyses and decision bases for complex managerial decisions
  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and steer complex projects and processes with many interfaces
  • Responsible to drive and support marketing campaigns & initiatives (4Ps) for Services together with the Marketing organization
  • Steer combined Business Development initiatives with regions, countries and companies in alignment with Technology Business Units plans
  • Implement a strong decision making culture in product development, commercial intensity and results achievement based on solid business cases that drive clarity of purpose, collaboration and are relevant for the organizational success

Your profile and qualifications:


  • The most important traits to be a success in this role, is relevant and significant experience within Services preferably from a matching industry and be very familiar with global commercial expansion of Services businesses. You can demonstrate profound knowledge and experience across several different disciplines, e.g. services, commercial operations, consulting, strategy definition and execution. You possess deep knowledge and understanding of the Capital Equipment Services strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational skills is also a prerequisite for this role, as you have to operate in a matrix environment and building up this function.
  • Leadership competences is important especially leading in an international environment. From a mindset perspective, you are a strategic thinker with good analytical skills. Good people and management skills to interact with staff colleagues and cross functional teams and third parties.
  • The typical background would be University, Master's degree in Engineering, Production, Business Economics, Business Engineering or similar. English proficiency is a must have.
