Beschreibung
We are looking for a Financial Controller to support the SLA's in place with renewable projects


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify all hours and cost that need to be recharged to the different projects in line with the requirements of the respective SLA and liaise with accounting to ensure correct invoicing.
  • Identify all hours charged by employees to the varying projects and ensure these are approved with the projects and invoiced correctly.
  • Prepare various reports on hours for internal stakeholders (HR, HSE etc.).
  • Assist the budget process for the SLA charges.
  • Analyze and report monthly actual to budget variances and update forecast regularly.
  • Ensure the correct employees are assigned to the projects as part of Project Cost Billing working closely with the project administrator
  • Act as the point of contact for internal project managers and corporate departments for any queries
  • Improve processes around time recording locally and globally. Be part of improving the use of Workday for recharges.
  • Work closely with Legal to ensure SLAs are in place before work is performed and to fulfill all requirements (regular reviews etc).
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller
  • Services to improve consistent use of ledger accounts and to be a backup for absences.
  • Align with the other Northland entities for monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Maintaining the correct rates in WD (via a socalled Transfer Pricing Rate Sheet)
  • Preparing annual calculation of overhead percentage
  • Responsible for credit management (with regard to the cross billing)

Qualifications and experience

  • Work experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & analysis, Financial or Management Consulting, or other Financerelated fields
  • Structured and careful style of work with the eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) and ERP / Accounting systems (ideally Workday)
  • Openminded for further training and expansion of the tasks
  • Good knowledge of English and German
