Your mission:

- driven solutions for drug discovery, design, and development processes. This role involves strategic
planning, implementation of AI technologies, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to
achieve groundbreaking results in ADC development.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current ADC development processes to identify opportunities for AI integration.
Design and implement AI strategies tailored to enhance ADC discovery and optimization, including antibody engineering, conjugation techniques, and payload optimization.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including biologists, chemists, data scientists, and software engineers, to develop and deploy AI models that accelerate ADC development cycles.
Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tools and technologies that align with our ADC development goals.
Facilitate the integration of AIdriven predictive analytics and machine learning models into the ADC development workflow to improve decisionmaking and efficiency.
Monitor advancements in AI and biopharmaceuticals to keep our strategies and technologies at the cutting edge.
Develop training programs and materials to upskill our team in the use of AI tools and methodologies within the ADC development context.

Your profile:

Advanced degree (Ph.

D. preferred) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer

Strong foundation in data science, including statistics, predictive modeling, and algorithm development.
Familiarity with biopharmaceutical R&D processes, particularly in oncology or targeted therapies.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.
Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory standards in the context of healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
