Ideally for 6 months, you will take on the role of an "internal consultant" and support one of the cross-departmental project teams on site in Sindelfingen as a fully-fledged team member. As a leading know-how carrier for lean management, we jointly advise the various production areas (press shop, body shop, surface, assembly, logistics) as well as in administrative activities (e.g. R&D). Using state-of-the-art digital solutions, you will help shape the automotive transformation. In addition to challenging, exciting lean projects, you will also have the opportunity to gain insights into the leadership workshop (coaching program at management level) and assembly cooperation (international knowledge transfer).
