Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we've hit some huge milestones along the way.

Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years.

And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Your role:
The intern will support the Advanced Quality team.

Support for Problem Solving tasks, cubing Workshops, support Costumer Product Audit Reviews, as well as support in designing status reports for all management levels.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Participation in the Issues meetings and Escalation meetings and Workshops
  • Handson approach on the problem solving of several vehicle issues (Focused on Exterior and Interior Parts)
  • Hands on the Issue Management Systems to update latest data (QPF, CCM)
  • Hands on the Cubing Processes, and tracking which parts still needs to be presented
  • Support to document in Excel and in PowerPoint findings of the workshops.
  • Support with new fresh ideas to improve the Processes
  • Improvement of current documentation

What we are looking for:


  • Studying Engineering or similar areas
  • Will be an advantage some work experience in Automotive (but no previous experience is mandatory)
- _Good or excellent Excel skills_
- _Analytical thinking_
- _Knowledge in project management tools_
- _Knowledge about most common automotive manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, etc) are a plus._
- _3D or CAD skills are a plus._

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Straight to the point talking no workarounds.
  • Teamwork skills
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • German language is highly appreciated
  • French and Portuguese are a plus
