Plant Finance Business Partner

Beckum

Hybrid, home and site based

Permanent, full time

The Role
Join us as the Plant Finance Business Partner and become an integral part of our plant leadership team. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can contribute to all aspects of plant management and drive positive change.


In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional value to our plants by spearheading action plans that enhance financial performance.

Your innovative thinking and strategic mindset will help animate these plans, leading to tangible improvements across the board.

As the specialist finance professional in the plant, you will also play a vital role in ensuring compliance with our internal control policies, maintaining a strong control environment.

Key Accountabilities- Running monthly/annual reporting and closes for the plant- Prepares and delivers the plant financial forecasts- Accountable for the calculation of the standard costing implemented in SAP/BPC- Manage the end-to-end financial processes including PO Approval- Ensures that there is an effective and efficient system of internal controls- Performs and shares analysis to address financial risks and opportunities on a regular basis- Owns the financial aspects of the Capex process- Leads the Cost Performance Tracker process- Educates plant personnel on key performance metrics

Skills & Experience- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data & conduct financial modelling- Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, construction is preferable- Fully qualified or part qualified financial professional- Strong stakeholder management- Experience with SAP and Excel
