Responsibilities:
- Maintain the enterprise technology and architecture vision, priorities, and standards for the assigned domains.
- Support the creation of business strategies providing technology expertise and an understanding of industry technology trends and best practice to inform business.
- Contribute to the development of a clear forward strategy and roadmap for their domain, ensuring alignment to the overall technology strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure alignment between the Technology Roadmap and the current and future priorities of Olympus for their domains.
- Define and communicate high level solution options to address strategic business challenges and opportunities, supporting the decision making by business stakeholders in the selection of appropriate solutions.
- Create and develop a domain reference architecture for the domains, influencing the overarching Olympus reference architecture.
- Analyze business priorities working with business and IT stakeholders to assess technology implications of business decisions through the lifecycle of projects.
- Contribute to the definition and manage adherence to the architecture guardrails for the assigned domains.
- Help coordinate and drive automation, new ways of working and tooling across all of delivery.
- Actively participate in an architectural community (e.g., Architecture Guild) to share good practice and lessons learned from a regional perspective as well as to hone skills and master technical capabilities.
- Deepen the Enterprise Architecture capability among the Domain Enterprise Architects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
- English Level: Business level (Daily communication with global team members with all regions)
- Several years experience as an Enterprise Architect in an environment similar in size and complexity to Olympus.
- Several years of IT work experience.
- Extensive experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.
- Broad experience in other IT disciplines, e.g. solution architecture, software engineering, business analysis, product delivery, process modelling, data modelling and systems analysis
- Indepth knowledge of working with business processes of the assigned domain, preferably in medical related fields
- Experience of working at all levels of an organization, from operational to senior management levels.
- Demonstrable business and tech acumen.
- Detail orientated.
