We are looking for a Production Lead (f/m/d) to join us at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site to strengthen our Clario team

Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers

pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organisations - CROs

) can be confident that our test devices for our eCOA (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are prepared in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide.

Your daily tasks include:
The Production Lead (f/m/d) leads the production employees in all scheduled and unscheduled work processes. He/she is responsible for the preparation and declaration of established KPI's in his/her area. Moreover, he/she is responsible for the shop floor management and the continuous improvement process in production.

Demonstrate the ability as an expert in these areas:

Ensure all equipment and materials are prepared as needed
Proficient in applicable ERP system(s)
Complete the provisioning of devices for use on clinical trials
Document the provisioning of devices
Quality control
check the provisioning of all devices
Quality control
check the inventory system entries for accuracy
Proficient in the provisioning of devices for multiple LOB's
Train new team members when hired, assist with overall onboarding
Train Production team on new products as they develop, in coordination with Product Management
Join daily shop floor meetings with related metrics from your area of responsibility
Control activity, which is scheduled, resolve conflicts and maintain a scheduled, controllable workload
Assign workload and additional tasks to the team
Host mid and year-end reviews and provide continuous support and feedback throughout the year
Join regular management level meetings, focus on engagement, and support in the hiring/interview process
Minimum 4 year degree
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Supply Chain Logistics
Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed
Must be dependable, and flexible to work additional hours as needed
High attention to details, deadlines and strong follow through with mínimal direction
Familiarity with computer databases, spreadsheets, Google Suites and Microsoft Office. ERP experience is strongly preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work as a part of a team as well as individual contributor
Must have good time management and be able to prioritize tasks
Ability to travel if required
Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership and clients
Good presentation skills and professional approach
