To join our growing Data and Research Team we are looking for a


(Senior) Data Scientist (M/F/d)
What tasks can you look forward to?

  • Working handson on product development and managing datarelated client workstreams
  • Overseeing analysis processes within our proprietary software products and consulting on projects, e.g., in regular client workshops
  • Standardizing and streamlining data science processes within the Data team to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Consulting different stakeholders on data strategy and based on datadriven insights
  • Managing datarelated client projects on your own
  • Mentoring data scientists and analysts in the team
  • Further developing our datadriven consulting offering together with the Data team lead
What should you bring along?

  • Proven expertise and professional or academic experience in research and data science
  • Good understanding of statistics and advanced machine learning methods, especially Natural Language Processing and text mining.
  • High proficiency in R or Python, as well as strong foundational knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with cloud services, such as Google Cloud Platform
  • Proficient in deep learning and generative AI concepts
  • Proven communication skills in presenting actionable results to nontechnical audiences
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent English skills, as well as fluency in German
