Tasks

Do you enjoy Accounting, Finances, Business or Marketing?

We are looking for a German-speaking student assistant to support our FINANCE team with a variety of activities to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.

A high level of; Self-initiative and the ability to independently assess, plan, prioritise, diversify and organise work processes.

Furthermore, there is the prospect of full-time employment being offered after graduation if that is an option for the student at the time.

Your tasks:

• Accounting support
• Help with tax issues
• Organisation and maintenance of typical office processes such as digital as well as classical archiving of documents, managing incoming invoices and checking travel expense claims.
• Preparation of written responses to routine enquiries (in Deutsch)
• Support the coordination of our branches in Darmstadt and Istanbul

Requirements:


Your profile:

• Current studies in business administration, industrial engineering or similar
• Conversational English and native/fluent German language skills
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office
• Distinct social and intercultural competence as well as the ability to work in a team
• Experience with administrative processes is desirable
• Preferably also experience in accounting
• Knowledge of the graphic design of documents will be an advantage
• Experience in information and communication management will be an advantage
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
