The Role
You will be joining an international digital delivery team based in Germany, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. This role on an Associate Principal level is a hybrid role combining the responsibilities of

  • Program Manager (project management of complex global employee surveys) and
  • Client Advisor (helping clients with program design, business and organisational insights, and taking actions based on survey findings)

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for handling multiple large sized, complex
    projects, throughout the whole project lifecycle from kickoff to project closure ensuring that scope, timing, resources and client expectations are managed
  • Primarily works with German and European
    clients who are identified as key accounts
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong
    relationships with senior client stakeholders (principally Csuite, VP of HR/OD), also in a virtual setting. Needs a deep understanding of clients' business needs and strategic objectives and acts as a strategic advisor
  • Provides
    process consulting and advise on conceptual approach to employee surveys and delivers effective client meetings and workshops
  • Takes a lead role in conducting interviews with senior management and other stakeholders, understanding the respective company strategy and values to develop a meaningful program and
    research design (incl. questionnaire)
  • Develops and delivers insightful
    results presentations based on comprehensive interpretation of data, business context and best practices in other EX programs.
  • Directs action planning and change initiatives for organisational
    improvement and helps clients link survey data to other business processes or initiatives
  • Responsible for coordinating and
    collaborating with client and Korn Ferry team members and other stakeholders; sharing issues, mitigating risks, communicating regularly and leading meetings

Develops and coaches more junior colleagues and contributes to best practice materials and continuous improvements


Skills and Experience
-
Background in Psychology, HR, International Management, Social Science or associated discipline

  • Additional formal
    education (e.g. MBA, MA, MSc, Chartered Psychologist) a real advantage
  • Extensive
    survey background (customer or employee research), gained via an agency, consultancy, or inhouse at a client

Track record of successfully managed complex projects according to defined KPIs and aligning the inter
