- Als Teil unseres Brand-Marketing-Teams verantwortest du die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden CRM & Loyalty Strategie sowie deren Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Kundeninteraktion, Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung
- Dazu analysierst du Kundenverhalten, wertest Reaktionen auf Kampagnen sowie anderen relevanten Metriken aus und führst A/B-Tests durch, um Optimierungen der CRM-Strategie abzuleiten und sinnvolle Trigger zu bauen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von hochautomatisierten und personalisierten E-Mail- und In-Produkt-Kommunikation unter Berücksichtigung von verhaltensgesteuerten Anwendungsfällen
- Neuerungen hast du stets im Blick: Du beobachtest Markttrends, um neue Möglichkeiten für das Kundenengagement zu identifizieren und entwickelst neue Ideen und Impulse, welche du dann eigenständig in Projekten weiter verfolgst
- Qualifikation: erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder relevantes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Kommunikation / Medien
- Know-how: mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich CRM / E-Mail-Marketing / Kundendatenselektion sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Software und Systemen wie z.B. Braze
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Hands-on-Mentalität, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine datengesteuerte Denkweise sowie ein strukturierter, pragmatischer und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil
- Sprache: Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
