Beschreibung
Tasks:
- Advising the executive board and operational management
- Legal support of contract negotiations, particularly in the construction, modernization, and maintenance of elevator systems and escalators
- Accompaniment of the offer and contract processes, as well as the handling of large projects
- Contract maintenance, training of managers and employees
- Coordination of external legal advisors and litigators
Requirements:
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the company or as a lawyer (M/F/d), preferably with a focus on construction law
- Successfully completed law studies with honours or an internationally equivalent degree
- An entrepreneurial approach to customeroriented legal solution execution
- High level of resilience, commitment, selfmotivation, and mental flexibility
- Excellent communication skills and sociability as well as sovereignty, loyalty, and integrity
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
