Join our team and help us shape the future of female healthAs a Recruiter (M/F/d) at our fast-growing female health start-up, you will be at the forefront of finding exceptional talent to join our dynamic team.

We are dedicated to empowering women and revolutionizing the healthcare industry with our innovative solutions.

In this role, you will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for handling multiple positions simultaneously, usually ranging from 3 to 5 open positions at any given time.

Your expertise in sourcing, assessing, and attracting top talent will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and success.

The Role

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract diverse and exceptional talent
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the startup industry
Solid understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
Proficiency in using Personio and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, ideally in German too
Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fastpaced environment
Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills
Familiarity with female health industry is a plus
