Job Description:

Your team
We are the Securities Transfer team, within the division of Banking Operations. We consist of multiple highly qualified Banking Specialists, providing excellent Business Processes as a Service.

With Avaloq's state-of-the-art banking software and smart reliable processes we aim to provide efficient value add services in a constantly changing banking environment.

Your mission

Handling of incoming and outgoing securities transfers in the external clearing systems
Postings of securities transactions in the internal clearing system
Various reconciliation tasks (e.g. position differences for clients)
Conducting statistics for the clients
Registrations and deregistrations of German registered shares with the Registrar of Companies as well as adjustment of differences
Supporting the team leader in managing the team

Qualifications:

What you need

Completed training as a bank clerk
Professional experience within the financial services industry
Knowledge and experience in the processing of securities transactions
Fluent German and very good English language skills
