Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate software safety activities in compliance with ISO 26262 standards.
  • Establish effective communication channels between the safety team and relevant customer contacts.
  • Maintain daily communication with customers and suppliers regarding safetyrelated matters.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to agreements between customers and the safety team.
  • Take responsibility for Safety Plan, DIA (Development Interface Agreement), Safety Case, and Confirmation Measures.
  • Oversee and regulate software safety activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Identify, report, and monitor any deviations from safety standards.
  • Monitor involved parties and suppliers to ensure their compliance with safety requirements.
  • Gather metrics on the status of software safety activities and provide periodic reports on progress.
  • Conduct impact analyses on unresolved issues.
  • Coordinate and conduct audits and confirmation measures related to software safety.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety Management.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Functional Safety projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, particularly with AUTOSAR.
  • Domain expertise in Project Management, Customer interface, ISO26262 Work Products, and Software Safety.
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or Software Development.
  • Experience with ePowerTrain and ISO 2626
  • Familiarity with quality standards.
  • Proficiency in core tools such as IBM Rational Doors, Codebeamer, Jira, and Configuration Management (SVN).
  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English.
  • Nice to have: Experience in ISO 26262 Audits, ASPICE, and Agile SCRUM processes.
