Our client distributes beauty products for women - worldwide. In more than 90 countries, customers enjoy the products, generating sales in the triple-digit millions. The product range includes skin and hair care, make-up products and fragrance.

To support order management and customer service of the Scandinavian market, we are looking for you (M/F/d) to join the existing team.

What will you be doing in this customer support role:

You advise the customers on the products (availability, ingredients, color effect, etc.)
You keep track of all promotions and promotional offers
You enter the order in the IT system
You clarify misunderstood incoming text messages by contacting the customer
You continuously communicate with the accounting department
You clarify billing requests and discrepancies
You maintain customer master data (bank data, billing and delivery address, etc.)
You record every customer contact in the CRM system
You file electronic documents

Who you are:

PC knowledge and fluent keyboard typing
Interested in working with an order entry and customer management system
Ability to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and supervisors
Customer mindset
Can work shifts
Highly motivated self starter
Fluent in Danish or Finnish
