Your Tasks

Establish Roadmap and Technical Strategy for the Companies Business Quotation Tool
Lead & Coordinate Maintenance and Improvement Processes on the Tool
Identify and drive required harmonization and Standardization steps across the Business Units and also across the regions.
Represent Interface to external supplier/programmer and provide technical specification on necessary Tool Modifications.
Lead internal Alignment Meetings and Tracking of open items.
Support Analysis on Best practice and drive improvements on efficiency within the global Quotation

- and Product Costing processes.

Business partner for Business Units and Regions to continuously improve and further develop Division Quotation Tool.

Requirements:

Successfully completed university studies as business economist, industrial engineer, international management or any IT related studies with economic background
Preferable 35 years on professional experience within automotive industry
Good understanding on General IT Architecture and preferable knowledge in SQL Programming
Understanding in Product Costing as well as overall Finance understanding
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
Fluent in English
