We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader who will take develop our brand to a new market.

By joining our team, you will be directly responsible for both selling our products and building a team in Lipsk.

Responsibilities:

Being in charge of all sales operations on German market,
Sales team recruitment and development on German market,
Sales of our semester courses, demo lessons and other products (we are working mostly on warm bases),
Adjusting our offer for our clients needs,
Active participation in our international meetings of Sales teams,
Customer service for active clients.

Requirements:

- at least 3 years of experience in sales,
- experience in sales of the products over the phone,
- proven experience in managing a team and recruitment of new people,
- native German language skills,

English proficiency, allowing you to communicate clearly with other team members (B2)

- analytical skills,
- you know key elements of building long-lasting relationships with clients,
- you are an open and communicative person.

Nice to have:

Polish language skills.
