Beschreibung
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Brand Director to join our organisation. The role can be based in the UK (Harefield), Netherlands (Amsterdam) or Germany (Wettenberg).


Purpose of the role:


  • Accountable for creation of the global brand strategy plan to drive the performance of the brands for which they are responsible
  • Delivery of the budgeted profit for the brands, delivery of brand objectives and KPIs
  • Ensuring country requirements are central to the brand strategy and activities, and ensuring local implementation of agreed plans and projects
  • Responsible for achieving agreed profitability for relevant brands through management of the P&L and achievement of sales and investment budgets including resource allocation at a global and country level.
  • Provide input as to how sales teams should utilise marketing content and prioritise brands, managing to the P&L
  • Identify growth opportunities led by factbased insights and market drivers, translate them into compelling growth strategies and execution playbooks. Ensure propositions are relevant, winning for the local RCUs and are instrumental in the delivery on the growth ambitions.
  • Develop / optimise the business unit go to market strategy based on local opportunities
  • Help formulating the future strategic directions for lifecycle management, innovation and new product development

Key responsibilities:


  • Development of overall brand strategy, brand positioning, brand book (with guidelines for localisation), core imagery, core imagery, concepts and overarching campaign strategy by cocreating with Local Brand Managers
  • Cocreating core Global content (with local Brand Managers) that is later disseminated for localisation
  • Campaign development including campaign key visuals, message platform, and channel strategy
  • Coordination of Local Brand Managers to appropriately localise content and ensure successful RCU implementation; accountable for final review of local brand content prior to local sign off
  • Forecasting and demand planning that informs brand decisions and lifecycle management and ensures consistent supply to market in line with local requirements
  • Brand budget allocation across RCU's and Local Brand Teams, specific to marketing activities
  • Growth of the brand and / or launch excellence
  • Stakeholder engagement and KOL relationships for international KOLs

TECHNICAL SKILL & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in senior professional positions within industry with experience across multiple countries
  • Masters degree or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing and regional market dynamics, healthcare systems and codes
  • Experiencing of managing P&Ls
  • Excellent strategic marketing planning skills and ability to develop lifecycle plans (at relevant stage)
  • Excellent written and spoken English, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office
