Team overview


The Operations Specialist - Retail Regulatory Reporting (M/F/d) is responsible for the preparation of semi-annual/annual reports for DWS retail and special funds.

This role is characterized by the complexity and cooperation of many interfaces. He/She works closely with the business units, the auditors, service providers and the teams in the operational business.


Role details

As an Operations Specialist, you will be:

  • Organising and timely preparing the annual and semi-annual reports for the active and passive funds of the DWS Group in Germany/Luxembourg
  • Create market texts and fund activity reports as part of financial writing
  • Coordinate internal and external supplies and modules for the annual reports
  • Manageme translation agencies for the language versions of the fund reports
  • Coordinate the annual reports with auditors
  • Create content (ESG tables, individual note texts, etc.) and editing of building blocks in report creation in layouts for typographical typesetting
  • Document processes within reporting
  • Implement mandatory publications to the supervisory authorities
  • Country responsibility for various sales countries and the provision of language versions of the reports

We are looking for:

  • Degree from a recognized college or university (or equivalent degree) or Bank training or trainee program
  • Required system knowledge: good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently in a conceptual and structured manner
  • Recognizing risks and ensuring daytoday business
  • Strong analytical skills to assess problems, their cause and information on the progress towards a suitable solution
  • High teamwork
  • Ability to work carefully and purposefully even in stressful situations
  • Ability to confidently deal with senior management requests for ad hoc analysis
  • Excellent communication skills and very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
