A Japanese pharmaceutical company is currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Assistant in Dusseldorf in Germany within international working environment.

50% working from home is acceptable.

TYPE:
Permanent, full-time (probation: 6 months)

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week (core time:10:00-16:00)

SALARY:
€45-55k, depending on experience

LOCATION:
Dusseldorf, Germany (providing hybrid working arrangement up to 50%)

Quality Assurance Assistant Main Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to GMP regulations and company quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits
Cooperate in the preparation and independent monitoring of the annual QM planning
Support in customer service with technical and qualityrelated issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the quality assurance function
Stay abreast of updates to relevant regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry
Supporting managers (qualified person) within Quality unit
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related field
Previous experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of GMP regulations in Germany
Fluency in German and English languages is required
Japanese language or understanding Japanese corporate culture is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
