- You are involved in developing, planning, and managing processes to transform the brands and companies of our clients
- You collaborate with our creative team to create holistic brand strategies
- You assist our clients in implementing their brand internally and externally - especially digitally - and monitor the success of the brand
- You conduct analyses, summarize results, and derive recommendations for action
- You prepare workshops and meetings with our clients
- You support project management in operational business, project management, and client communication
- You work on acquiring new and existing clients
- You independently drive internal initiatives forward
- You are an open-minded, strategic thinker who is customer-oriented and not only passionate about brands but also aims to create leading brands
- Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies in business administration, communication sciences, business psychology, design, or a related field
- You have gained initial practical experience in brand development, for example, in an agency, consultancy, or on the corporate side
- Ideally, you have digital competencies and experiences (e.g., SEO, CRM, Social Media, etc.)
- Your excellent analytical and conceptual skills, along with your communication strength, convince both clients and us
- You are willing to occasionally support our clients on-site
- You are proficient in common MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint
- In addition to German, you are fluent in English
