Your role

As Head of Operations (Human) you will find yourself right at the heart of the company.

Your will work closely with Paul, our CEO, the leadership time as well as the rest of the team on a diverse range of topics, ranging from highly strategic implementations to day-to-day operational tasks.


Your mission is to scale our processes, ensuring the chain of operations mesh together smoothly and resources are used efficiently.

You and your team enable each and every team member as well as the organization as a whole to achieve the best possible results.


  • Together with your team, you will evaluate existing operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and scalability
  • You will streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • You will implement and maintain monitoring mechanisms to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive datadriven decisionmaking
  • You will be leveraging Salesforce to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve overall performance of Event Inc
  • You will act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication, and promoting crossfunctional collaboration
  • In particular, you will be working closely with the teams from Tech, Product, Location Sales and Customer Consulting

What we like

  • You present a proven track record in operations management, preferably in a fastpaced environment, such as a Startup or Scaleup
  • You poss strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing teams
  • You have demonstrated experience in process improvement, workflow automation, and change management
  • You manifest profound expertise in utilizing Salesforce CRM as a strategic tool for operations optimization
  • You display excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach
  • You are a strong and transparent communicator in English (ideally also German, but not a requirement) with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Last, but not least, you have a solutionsoriented mindset and do not accepted a "that's not possible" answer
