Currently, We are looking for an IT Technician for one of our clients in Berlin. Below are more details about the job;

Position:
Information Technology Technician L-1 (As backfill )

Job Type:
Part-Time (On-site)

Contract Type:
Independent/Freelance/self-employed/B2B

(In which we will give you a fixed day rate without any other benefits. You will pay your taxes on your own)

Duration of Contract: 1 Year and can be extendable

Role Explanation:

Backfill support means it is a temporary replacement of our primary engineer whenever our primary engineer will be on leaves or holiday then your support will be required for that specific day only. We will inform you one week before so you can manage your availability.

Working Hours:

Working hours will be the same as per standard business hours for that specific day i-e 8 hours per day on request.

Responsibilities:

1) Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fixes, fault diagnosis, and resolution.

4) Provide first/second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.

5) Work with vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.

6) Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.

7) Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

9) Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.

10) Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, and computer hardware.

11) Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.

12) Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

13) Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.

14) Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.

15) This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.

16) Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary:
Up to 130.00€ per day
