To meet this demand, the industry needs to produce battery cells on a terawatt scale. Our automation controls, large scale distributed systems, and analytics are fundamentally changing the way batteries are produced. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team and explore opportunities to drive progress within the battery field.

As a working student in our Business Development and Strategy team, you will have a unique chance to contribute in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to learn about the battery business, who feel empowered by owning their topics, and who are driven to support wherever help is needed.

As a working student you will:

Support in us in developing and maintaining a knowledge management platform with Confluence for our five Start-ups of the battery accelerator.
You create user guidelines, training materials and presentations to support the mission of a successful knowledge management.
Develop concepts to ensure appropriate quality of content shared in confluence.
You collect, sanitize and store documents on our platforms, to enable the knowledge exchange across our five Startups of the battery accelerator.

With your Skills, you will have impact to move the world forward

You're studying in a technical or business related field. Having a completed Bachelors' degree is a plus
You've gained practical work experience
You have experience in knowledge management tools, e.g. confluence, sharepoint or similar
You have a goaloriented and structured work style with a handson mentality
You have natural interpersonal strengths and work as a team player with a high level of initiative and proactivity
You're motivated to work independently and flexibly in a fast paced and cross functional setting, ability to flexibly adapt to new projects and challenges
You show excellent time management skills and you're able to work and contribute in an dynamic environment, whilst not losing focus on your studies
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German
