This challenge awaits you:

The internship lasts at least 3 months with the possibility of starting both student research projects and final theses or working as a student employee afterwards.

Your Tasks:

You will develop new technologies and concepts for CO2neutral drives for sustainable mobility.
You are responsible for the planning and preparation of tests on test benches for complete drives and their components.
You will be responsible for carrying out and supporting test bench trials (testing) at the IAV Testing Center Berlin.
You will evaluate and present measurement results.
Your tasks will also include regular communication and coordination with the development team (concept, simulation, test bench) to ensure precise adaptation of the powertrain.

Necessary Skills:

Ongoing studies with an engineering focus e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, automotive systems, energy and process engineering, physical engineering or similar
Initial experience in experimental investigations and measurement technology an advantage
Knowledge of programming (e.g. Matlab/Simulink), control engineering or control units is an advantage
Very good knowledge of English and presentation skills

Strong ability to think analytically and conceptually
Quick comprehension and a goaloriented, pragmatic way of working
