We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Specialist to join our team at Usercentrics.

The Senior Salesforce Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing our Salesforce CRM and ensuring it is used efficiently and effectively.


Your Tasks:


  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the usability of Salesforce
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to design optimal and effective solutionsfor Salesforce based on business requirements
  • Assess the implemented solutions for performance, security and other relatedissues
  • Management and creation of workflows to automate manual tasks & processes
  • Support, and improve other tools depending on our projects and needs (LeadIQ,Outreach, Zoom Phone, DocuSign, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Demodesk etc...)
  • Stay uptodate on Salesforce product releases and best practices

You Bring:


  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience with Salesforce customization and integration
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum ADM201 Salesforce certification. Sales Cloud certification a plus
  • Pardot experience advantageous, but not required
