The Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall's Onshore
- and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro renewable activities like Solar and Batteries. Our offshore business is amongst the top three players globally. Be in your element with Business Area Wind

Our wind, solar and batteries business offers a unique opportunity to be in your element working to help harness the forces which will take us to fossil freedom.

As part of BA Wind you will play a key role in one of the most exciting pipelines in the industry with 24GW of capacity stretching out more than a decade ahead across our key European markets.

You won't only be involved in developing projects but pioneering cutting-edge innovation, new business models and ways of working with communities and the environment.

Working as part of a leading European utility also means you could be helping a growing number of major businesses and brands achieve their own sustainability goals through partnerships.

We work in an international setting and with direct exposure to senior management. With us, you can develop and grow professionally.

On your journey, you will be supported by a diverse group of peers, who have a background from management consulting companies or have previously worked in strategy functions.

Qualifications Your tasks and responsibilities**- Learn about the challenges our business is facing and work closely with your colleagues in Strategic Projects and beyond to identify improvement opportunities for our Business Unit.

Prepare effective business proposals, presentations, concepts and analysis reports for our project sponsors & management team.
Interview or facilitate group discussions with management, the project sponsor's employees and other stakeholders.
Contribute to workstreams in larger projects or smaller assignments across the whole BU Offshore. This requires conceptual and analytical problem solving as well as pragmatic handson support.

Who are you?

Your background

Advanced university degree (or equal) in business/economics/engineering with 24 years of work experience, including a background from strategy consulting or a strategy unit (analyst / consultant level).
Attitude for problem solving, analytics, strategic, critical and creative thinking.
Proven ability to solve assignments with senior guidance (quantitative analysis and organizational/process assignments), and to take ownership to develop solutions.
First track record in project management.
First experience in working with and presenting to Senior Management.
Experience in the Wind industry preferable, but not required.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
