These interesting tasks and activities await you:

  • Based in Berlin, you will support our Governmental & Policy Advocacy team in the following areas
  • Stakeholder mapping and analysis: Based on your knowledge of German political structures, you will assist in mapping and analyzing the relevant stakeholder landscape.
  • Monitoring: You observe the relevant legislative developments in Germany.
  • Stakeholder outreach support: you coordinate appointments, write profiles and prepare followups
  • Public Affairs Formats: You support the planning and execution of digital and physical public affairs formats
  • Depending on your skills and experience, you may take on manageable projects with associations, nonprofit groups and other allies

You'll bring the following skills and experience:

  • BA in political science, public policy, law, or a related field; currently enrolled in an advanced degree program (M.A. / M.S.C. / LL.M.)
  • Prior experience in government, lobbying, political communications, public policy, or public affairs consulting
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written
  • Thorough attention to detail, such as analyzing legislation and writing concise and understandable copy
  • Preparation of structured and high quality Power Point presentations
