- Identifizierung von Potenzialen und Erschließung neuer Märkte
- Präsentation und Verkauf unserer Produkte und Lösungen vorerst in Deutschland folglich in Europa
- Aktive Teilnahme an Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen
- Verantwortlich für Marktforschung und -entwicklung: sammeln von Marktinformationen und Analyse von Markttrends.
- Entwicklung von Projekten und Kundenakquise sowie -betreuung im Bereich Neue Energien, darunter E-Mobilitäts-Ladetechnik, Energiespeicherung
- Organisation von Geschäfts- und Technikverhandlungen, Ausschreibungen, gemeinsame Überprüfung von Konzepten, Vor-Ort-Implementierung usw. Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Ausbildung in der Elektrotechnik, Energie, Elektronik oder eine vergleichbare technische Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Projektentwicklung in der Branche (E-Mobilität-Ladetechnik, Solarenergie, Energiespeicherung)
- Bestehende Branchenkontakte und Fähigkeit, den Vertrieb schnell zu entwickeln
- Vertrautheit mit den Abläufen von E-Mobilitäts-Ladeprojekten und Energiespeicherung sowie Erfahrung in der Organisation und Durchführung konkreter Projekte
- Lust auf Führungsverantwortung und mögliche erste Erfahrung in der Führung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamarbeit, Umsetzungsstärke und Eigeninitiative
- Verhandlungssicher Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil Vergütungspaket
