- Installation, commissioning, and integration of mammography devices at customer sites
- Carrying out regular maintenance and inspection work on the mammography units to ensure their proper operation and minimize potential downtime.
- Analysing and rectifying faults, malfunctions and technical problems with the mammography units to ensure continuous, high-quality operation
- Training our customers' medical staff in the correct handling, use and maintenance of the mammography equipment.
- Providing technical support by phone or on site to assist customers with questions or problems and ensure a quick solution.
- Documenting all work performed and technical activities in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Updating own expertise through continuous training
- Forwarding more complex faults to dedicated teams.
- Working with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide technical solutions and assist them in selecting the appropriate mammography equipment.
- Assisting with basic radiology tasks on non-mammography equipment when required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety standards as per MDR.
- Completed technical training or studies in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, radiology or a comparable field
- Proven knowledge and experience in the field of mammography, ideally with certification or training in the technical field of mammography
- Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of mammography equipment as well as integration and installation of such equipment
- Strong technical understanding and ability to analyse complex technical problems and find effective solutions
- Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to work in a team and a proactive approach to work
- Willingness to travel for business and occasionally work outside of regular working hours
- Analytical thinking and business acumen
- MS Office and SAP knowledge, CRM knowledge desirable
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in german language, basic knowledge of the english language is an advantage
