About Kittl

Your mission

You will be responsible and leading data & analytics at Kittl.

You will have an enormous impact on Kittl's future by building modern data infrastructure from grown up, helping business users define KPIs and implementing them in our reporting, being the first go-to person on data insights for marketing, product and C-management.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Act as a partner for business users discovering and understanding business users' needs and translating them into data tasks for further data analysis and reporting
Take full ownership of the project from the idea generation, requirement gathering and successful implementation
Collaborate with our software engineers to design needed events for product understanding and data gathering
Own integration of new data sources into our data warehouse, design and implementation of high performant and scalable data models on welldefined standards and methodology
Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure high
Proactively explore and leverage new technologies to improve our processes
Drive data quality and governance, and monitoring standards to ensure data is correct, consistent and reliable

Requirements:

Strong SQL skills you are able to generate insights with efficient SQL
Strong analytical thinking you can conceptualise how to measure the impact of tests/product changes
Experience in data modeling, data warehousing and creating codebased ELT pipelines from raw data you generate optimized models that even business users can query and understand easily
Good communication to share complex ideas with business and engineering teams using simple language and a team player who would support Kitt's team in any data requests
Understanding of main business metrics or the willingness to learn about them
Ability to prioritize and structure work or ask for support if help is needed
A bonus would be python (scripting & data wrangling & visualization) skills
A plus would be experience with any of the following:
Python (scripting & data wrangling & visualization) skills
Cloud Data Warehouse (Snowflake or Bigquery)
Extraction tools (Stitch or Fivetran)
Reporting solutions (Metabase or Looker or Tableau)
Transformation layer (dbt) and scheduling (Airflow, Jenkins)
GitHub and best practices in CI/CD methodologies and testings
Product/tracking analytics tools (Mixpanel, Posthog, GA/GTM)
