Job Purpose
The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner is really important to us.


You will be responsible for supporting with vacancies across a range of departments including Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Finance, and People.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Managing ad response
  • Work closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions & strategy
  • Support with recruitment projects
  • Work with the wider European Talent Acquisition team to align processes & knowledge share

What do we expect of you?

  • Previous experience within recruitment is essential (agency/inhouse or RPO).
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, , Stepstone, Personio, etc
  • Ability to influence stakeholder decision making
  • Previous experience managing a variety role across a number of areas and salary levels
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organised and a good ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Happy to work locally as an individual contributor, but work with wider talent team internationally and key local business stakeholders
  • Fluency in English & German is essential
