IT services provided by the global RWE IT departments are not in scope of this new team. Support modules, processes and workflows will be shared or interface with the global RWE IT service management platform.

Job description

As OTSM product owner you will be responsible for developing the overall vision of the OT support platform (part of the global RWE IT ServiceNow instance).

In this role you will be responsible to design and align the architecture and requirements with all RES stakehold-ers, align these with RWE IT teams.

provide overarching governance to IT/OT and busi-ness stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

Define required features and overall vision of the RES OTSM platform with RES stakeholders
Advice and support stakeholders (IT/OT area and business) with defining requirements related to the RES OTSM platform as well as actively promote possible process improvements (automation, workflows, etc.)
Define and align overall RES OTSM platform architecture RES stakeholders and RWE IT (as a service provider) to ensure RES IT/OT and RWE IT requirements and processes integrate (for Incident, problem, change, request mgmt., CMDB, service catalogue, etc.)
Serve as the liaison between RES business, RES IT/OT and RWE IT and ensure that development roadmap is backlog is visible and understood (includes test and release schedule)
Perform research on industry best practice and incorporate it with organizational practice
Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning the OTSM platform within RES
Own and manage RES specific OTSM platform improvement projects

Desired Skills and Experience
years of experience as IT product owner or in a similar role

Experience in the management of complex IT projects and confident handling of project management methods
Experience in the design and management of ITSM processes
Knowledge of ITIL framework (preferably certified)
Knowledge of (distributed) hardware and software lifecycle as well as multilayered enterprise landscapes
Knowledge of ServiceNow is a must preferably in a development or design role
Knowledge of OT or SCADA technology is a plus
Excellent English language skills, German or other language skills a plus
Clear, concise communication skills in both oral and written format
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Demonstrate a proactive and problemsolving attitude Ability to manage diverse and decentralized stakeholders and teams
