Mission

As a
Customer Success Intern in our Revenue Team you can kick-start a career into Customer Success, Sales or Product Management.

Help customers on their way to becoming product experts.
While you facilitate training programs, you have a huge impact on the client's success.

Working together with our sales, marketing and product teams you help to communicate our value proposition even better and promote new features.


Goals

  • Build up worldclass Onboarding experience: Based on your customers questions you are continuously improving our help center articles and product guides.
  • Help to improve the product: Communicate feature requests to our product team to ensure the successful development in areas our customers care about.
  • Define and setup processes: Work with experts to improve our tech stack and our reps more effective
  • Support our customer base: You will be providing support to our existing customers via chat and mail. Constantly striving to enable our clients even further.
  • Sell deals: Test your sales skills in converting trials customers

Your Profile

  • Bachelor (min. 3rd semester) or Master student in a technical or educational field
  • Selfmotivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Consistent track record of highlyprofessional customer service in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
