Your function covers:

Independent offer preparation and order processing with ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) for our reference products business with international partners
Storage, transport and documentation in accordance with pharmaceutical and internal regulations
Incoming and outgoing quality control of the reference products for shipment
Checking, accounting and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices

Requirements and Qualifications

Successfully completed commercial or pharmaceutical (e.g. PTA / PKA) vocational training and at least 2 years of professional experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical environment and/or external trade are an advantage
Strong communication skills, confident appearance, flexibility as well as strong customer and service orientation
Very good command of written and spoken German and English
Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics NAV
