- Responsibility: Als Teamlead Frontend Engineering (m/w/d) führst du ein internationales Team bestehend aus Frontend Entwicklern, die in interdisziplinärenProduct-Teamsarbeiten, damit sich jeder gut einbringen kann
- Challenge: Zusammen mit deinem Team und dem Frontend Architekten bist du verantwortlich für Software-Design, Programmierung, Code-Reviews, Deployment und Wartung der Plattform
- Engineering: Du setzt neue Impulse bei der funktionellen und technischen Erweiterung bestehender Webanwendungen und unterstützt somit die permanente Weiterentwicklung des Tech-Departments
- Development: Du machst unsere selbstentwickelte Plattform jeden Tag ein Stückchen besser: Bei der Entwicklung des Frontends nimmst du die führende Rolle ein und achtest darauf, dass die Plattform weiterhin zukunftsfähig bleibt
- Footprint: Als Teamlead hast du bei uns die Möglichkeit, die technische Zukunft der Plattform selbst mitzugestalten
- Leadership: Du nimmst je nach Situation unterschiedliche Rollen ein: Coach, Motivator/-in, Sparringspartner/-in oder Techlead
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder besitzt vergleichbare Kenntnisse und wohnst idealerweise in der Nähe von München oder Berlin
- Du beschreibst dich als eine erfahrene Führungskraft und hattest bereits die Möglichkeit ein ca. 10-köpfiges Team zu verantworten
- Du schaffst es, Menschen durch deine Persönlichkeit sowie deine Kompetenz auch remotemotivieren und unterstützt sie gern beim Erreichen ihrer Ziele
- Du profitierst von deiner langjährigen Erfahrung mit Javascript/ Typescript (mit & ohne Framework) und kannst durch deine Expertise eigene Ideen und neue Technologien mit einbringen
- Du hast einen offenen, klaren und wertschätzenden Kommunikationsstil sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache
- Du handelst lösungsorientiert, denkst gleichzeitig sowohl verantwortungsbewusst als auch pragmatisch, nimmst gerne Herausforderungen an und hast keine Angst davor, Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast einen sehr hohen qualitativen Anspruch an deine Arbeit
