Tasks:
- Transportorganisation für alle europäischen eCommerce Sendungen:
- Planung des Versandvolumens inklusive Absprache mit Carriern
- Überwachung der unterschiedlichen Cut Off Times pro Carrier und Standort
- Monitoring SLA und KPI's per Carrier/Destination
- Zollabwicklung
- Reklamationsbearbeitung eCommerce
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Warehouse Service Providern, Carriern sowie internen Nintendo-Abteilungen
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Bereich Versand, wie Fracht/Kostenvergleich, Reportings, etc
Requirements:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versand, idealerweise B2C
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Sorgfältige, gut strukturierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise und gute Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP von Vorteil
