- Validate system set-up requirements
- Perform system configuration, master data set-up, data migration, testing and support rollouts
- Ensure the set-up of the new TMS fulfils business needs
- Perform software quality management
- Support TMS enhancements, ensure testing and audit compliance together with the business leaders and the project team
- Coordinate and review business documentation, including changes to business process documentation and training materials
- Support customer integration projects
- Set-up and continually improve workflows, develop and optimize the use of TMS features at the company level
- Support business units in terms of understanding TMS functionalities
- Understanding of the global freight forwarding industry, especially of Seafreight and/or Airfreight
- Experience with TMS set-up/configuration in Cargo Wise One
- Profound knowledge and experience in requirements engineering for software solutions
- Experience in software testing
- Experience in dealing with MS-SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a team environment across different cultures on a regional or global level

As an interface to Product Management, Operations and IT, the area DTI (Digital Transformation & Innovation) is responsible for the design and delivery of transformative projects at Hellmann. One of the largest transformative project has been the rollout of a Transport Management System (TMS) into the global Air / Sea organization.
We are looking for a TMS Specialist for our global DTI team. The focus of your role will be to support the rollout of the new global Transport Management System (TMS) Cargo Wise One in-line with the Business Transformation coming along with it. You will directly support the project team at all levels – from analysis to implementation phase. You will gain valuable working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment on a global level.
