What you will be responsible for

As Client Onboarding Specialist, Senior Associate you will be- Taking ownership of onboardings of new or changing business for our Collateral Services- Guiding clients and other involved parties through the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and other stakeholders- Collaborating with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues and exceptions Working together with clients and other internal/external parties and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience- Contributing to a constant improvement of the onboarding processes and procedures- Setting up clients on our Collateral platform and oversee onboarding steps outsourced to other State Street locations- Supporting audits, risk assessments and compliance initiatives by providing relevant data as well as new ideas
