We are looking for a Team Lead Business Intelligence that fuels the business with insights, helps finding new opportunities and plays a key role in defining and implementing a tailor-made data strategy.

As part of our amazing team, you will be able to shape how our products are delivered to our scaling international customer base.

Building on your expertise you will make sure that we provide the business with state-of-the-art systems and technology that makes the ever-increasing complexity of the business manageable.

Job Description:

You will acquire a deep understanding of our business and processes
You will assume control of assembling one of the planned new four teams, which you will then manage and lead
You will take full ownership of the team dedicated to the asset management of one of our business units
You will lead by example, using your technical skills to develop and present analytical insights to senior stakeholders
You will closely work with the Leadership team and other business leaders, acting as the thought leader and sparring partner
You will partner with our VP Data & Analytics and Data Engineering team to enhance data infrastructure, data availability, and enable broad access to business insights
You will support both the team and individuals with their career development journey

Qualifications:

You have a strong background of academic or professional experience of business intelligence, data science or similar field (min. 35 years). Bonus points for prior finance experience
You are skilled in SQL & Python, have a good understanding of data warehousing, ETL and reporting/analytic tools
You have experience working with leading BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
You are a team player working with leads of other analytical teams to deliver on the same mission
You demonstrated leadership in a growth and complex environment as well as strong stakeholder management, team management and organizational skills
You have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work in a selfdriven, resultsoriented, and independent manner, taking initiative to improve decisionmaking and drive the business
You are fluent in English, German and any other language is a plus
