General Administration Support especially in the crunch time
Supporting incentive expenses
Preparing internal purchase approvals
Data preparation for our service provider
Interface to our service provider for actual area adjustments with KIA Finance Team
List alignments for 2023

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Student (Uni, FH), preferably business studies, with presentation of a current certificate of enrollment
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in the finance/car/leasing/banking environment
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
Good written and spoken English and German skills
