To drive the smart and sustainable energy future, we are looking for a results-oriented, ambitious, and dedicated Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist (d/f/m) who aligns with our mission and principles

Location: Munich, Germany
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (>30h), indefinite term
Salary Range: € per year gross depending on the seniority level
Working Mode: Hybrid work setup (min. 3 days in the office, 2 days in home office) + Workation up to 3 weeks per year
Language Requirement: C1 Level English and German

Your Responsibilities:

Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies

Design and implement innovative marketing plans specific to the energy sector
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives

Public Relations Management

Manage and enhance the company's public image and reputation
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders
Create press releases and secure significant media visibility
Handle crisis communication effectively as needed

Content Creation and Management

Oversee the development of engaging content for the company's website and social media platforms
Ensure content consistency, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging

Brand Management

Maintain and strengthen the brand identity across all channels
Collaborate with product and commercial teams to publish white papers, demonstrating industry leadership

Digital Marketing Campaigns

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns

Your Profile:

Mandatory requirements

Proven experience (35 years) in marketing, PR, or communications roles within the energy industry or a related field
Strong understanding of energy industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Fluent in German & English

Skills to Set You Apart

Experience in the energy industry working with Software products
Proficiency in other languages such as Italian and Spanish
