Are you looking for an incredible and truly exciting career opportunity? I am looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Managing Director in the expansion into the US market.

This company is a highly successful and well established German brand of clothing.


They are expanding their operations in the US and the MD is looking for an Assistant who will be his right-hand person and representative on this market expansion.

Role and Responsibilities:


  • You will be the interface between the branding agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct research and gather information to support the MD in strategic decisionmaking processes in growing the US market.
  • Serve as a liaison between the MD and various US based stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and professionalism at all times.
  • Coordinate and organize business events, meetings, and conferences to enhance the company's presence in the US market.
  • Demonstrate exceptional confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Have an eye for detail when it comes to organization, you will be representing the MD in much of the communication with stakeholders both in the US and with external agencies
  • You will represent the MD at meetings and report back in his absence
  • Analyse data and prepare reports for MD

  • You will be someone who can roll your sleeves up and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
  • You have excellent communication skills and speak English at a native level. You have the ability to understand and write English in a nuanced manner
  • You are analytical and structured and can use data in order to make recommendations, previous use of Shopify would be great.
  • You must have the cultural understanding and awareness to work with USbased stakeholders
  • Experience in a Marketing or Branding agency would be great, a passion for fashion is needed
  • Fashion experience is also a big plus.
  • This is a fulltime role, you need to be in the office at least three days a week. The office is located east of Frankfurt near Hanau
