What you'll be doing:
As the Account Director Central Europe you will be part of our Central Europe Buyer and Demand Facilitation team and drive strategic relationships with our key Media Agency partners through a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the Magnite platforms and solutions we offer in Central Europe.- Communicate the benefits of Magnite, our platforms, our supply and tools, to help agencies provide the most effective and efficient programmatic solutions for their clients in Central Europe.- Represent Magnite inventory across all formats/devices and structure and negotiate curated marketplace deals with buyer relationships where relevant- Evangelize all buying techniques utilized through our programmatic infrastructure to buyers- Be responsible for managing, coordinating and growing strategic relationships and commercial initiatives with key agency clients through regular meetings, calls, and reports.- Accelerate growth with online video and CTV buyers.- Your role will involve prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing commercial opportunities for new and existing accounts.- Work internally with the Magnite programmatic, publisher, media planning, and product account teams- Drive revenue growth for your and your team's book of business and hit quarterly goals.- Ensure alignment with, and delivery on the global buyer and demand facilitation strategy.- Identify opportunities and methods to increase revenue with existing and new clients.- Work collaboratively with all other internal teams (eg Client Services Team, Seller team, CTV team, Product Team, DSP team, Platform Support) as appropriate, to identify and deliver revenue opportunities and overcome obstacles- Track revenue and report weekly market, revenue and activity summary to the Buyer Lead, Central Europe.- Grow awareness around our ad inventory offer and create a reputation of excellence for Magnite.
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record at a senior level within the Agency ecosystem
- Experience working in digital media, with handson experience and deep understanding of programmatic and media sales Germany
- Sales orientated, focused on identifying new business opportunities using knowledge and credibility to change customer behaviour and increase revenue.
- Analytical and able to use data to drive better decisions and unlock revenue.
- Troubleshooting skills, with ability to think literally and laterally, and persistence to overcome challenges
- Flexible, team orientated collaborator
- Extensive programmatic agency contacts
- Intellectually motivated by programmatic, video and CTV, RTB, platforms, automation and industry disruption
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BSc) or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Competent computer skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Gmail, strong oral and written communication skills. Competent presentation skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and developing accounts across agencies, ATD's or brands directly.
- Understanding of programmatic from a buying solution including industry knowledge; future market developments preferable experience in the video / data / CTV arena.
